the receptionist was friendly upon my late arrival. all the staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff. my room was clean and spacious. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it kept me full until 4 pm.
the stairs really tested my fitness. a different room will make the stairs easier. this will save my liver, lol.

the hotel has a convenient situation close to the harbour. it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. the quayside car park is just across the road and cost £10 per night.

the room included lovely extras like two cans of local beer. lots of milk, sugars, and teas were available, and the toiletries had a lovely smell. the view of the harbour was fantastic too!!!

The breakfast selection was broad. I enjoyed cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit (I loved the pastries!). A very good choice of cooked breakfast was available. The location is very convenient because it is very close to the harbor.
The stairs to my room were steep. No help with baggage was offered.

The room was functional and clean I also liked the pub downstairs It offered a good food menu with various local beers. Full breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful.
We had to wait about half an hour for our breakfast to be served. The breakfast wasn't very hot or well-cooked. There was only one piece of toast served on the breakfast plate. The coffee served in a cafetière provided only one cup each.
